Priority Client Program
In response to client requests and our commitment to coaching and to ensure our valued clients are supported RTO Consulting have developed two Priority Client Programs. One for existing RTOs and the second to support new RTOs through the initial 2 years of registration.
Now the RTO is registered the fun begins. This package has been developed to assist RTOs in their first 2 years of registration. Providing you with coaching and support through the implementation of policies and procedures and navigation of the compliance requirements of operating the RTO and meeting reporting requirements.
Set yourself up for success and ensure that staff are aware of their obligations and are operating within the legislation. The Priority Client program for new RTOs is a structured coaching program combing pre recorded content, online modules, webinars and live one-on-one consultations.
The monthly content has be developed based on the information you need to know, legislative requirements, the order of importance and reporting requirements.
Prior to commencing the program an individual plan is developed to ensure the needs of the RTO and staff are met and the program is aligned to scheduled reporting and industry changes.
With the revised Standards for RTOs set for release mid 2024 and RTOs needing to be compliant with the Standards by January 2025. RTO Consulting have developed a Priority Client program to ensure you stay up to date and meet your obligations with the least amount of stress.
