Designed specifically to support new RTOs in the initial 2 years of registration.

Now the RTO is registered the fun begins. This package has been developed to assist RTOs in their first 2 years of registration. Providing you with coaching and support through the implementation of policies and procedures and navigation of the compliance requirements of operating the RTO and meeting reporting requirements.

Set yourself up for success and ensure that staff are aware of their obligations and are operating within the legislation. The Priority Client program for new RTOs is a structured coaching program combing pre recorded content, online modules, webinars and live one-on-one consultations.

The monthly content has be developed based on the information you need to know, legislative requirements, the order of importance and reporting requirements.

Prior to commencing the program an individual plan is developed to ensure the needs of the RTO and staff are met and the program is aligned to scheduled reporting and industry changes.

Hot spot desk audit conducted at end of 12 months and used for planning of next 12 month self-assurance activities. Contact up to discuss increasing the focus and number of training products in the audit. An additional Hot Spot desk audit can be conduct before commencing. Ask for pricing.
