Designed for all RTOs that are passed the initial 2 years of registration. Focusing on maintaining compliance, keeping up to date with industry changes and growing the compliance capabilities.
RTO Consulting provide you with the support and guidance of an RTO specialist but at a fraction of the cost. The Priority Client program is designed to provide RTOs support and guidance, to assist you in developing confidence in achieving your self-assurance obligations, and keep you up to date with VET sector changes.
Built into the program is the inclusion of VET Professional Development activities for trainers and assessor. Including live “Ask me anything – for Trainers and Assessors” on 3 occasions during the 12 months and a growing library of online courses developed based on requests from Trainers and Assessors.

Opportunity for you and members of staff to participate in 2 x 60 minute online assessment validation session including preparation instructions, instruction to participants and practical tasks (one on validation of assessment tools and processes and the other on validation of completed assessment)

RTO internal audit checklist bundle
10 x 30 minute one-on-one support via online conferencing (or 5 x 60 minute)
Supply of templates, procedures, information sheets and checklists relevant to coaching provided
Invite to “Ask me anything” chat sessions for trainers and assessors
(for up to 2 staff) – held 3 times a year
Opportunity to participate in a community of practice with other Priority Clients
Hot Spot desk audit at the end of the 12 months
(focusing on 1 qualification or 2 units)

Hot spot desk audit conducted at end of 12 months and used for planning of next 12 month self-assurance activities. Contact up to discuss increasing the focus and number of training products in the audit. An additional Hot Spot desk audit can be conduct before commencing. Ask for pricing.
