12-month minimum commitment

10% discount of consulting rate of $330 per hour.

The number of email questions is not limited however the service is limited to responding to questions not reviewing documents, policies or undertaking other consulting services.

Course coupons are released 2 at a time, every second month. Additional online course coupons can be purchased at a 10% discounted rate

You may choose to swap you online one-on-one consultation for another task such as a document review.

Scheduled sessions that are missed or cancelled are forfeited. You can pay for additional time at the hourly discounted rate.

Cancellation within the 12-month contract period will mean that the Hot Spot desk audit will not be conducted. No refunds will be given for payments up to the point of cancellation.

Failure to pay the monthly instalment will result in services being frozen until payments are made.

Priority Clients will receive referral benefits for referring a colleague who becomes a members.

The membership is for an RTO, not an individual. This means that more than one person from the RTO can participate and it is transferable in the event a staff member leaves.

Certificates and virtual badges are supplied for registered participants, following webinars and completion of online courses.
